All sales final

The $4.99 Essential Report and the $19.99 Life Playbook are digital goods generated and delivered instantly upon verified payment. Because a personalized report cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Before you buy

The free quiz and the teaser page show you your matched historical figure before you pay, so you know what kind of report you are getting. The exact scope of each tier is stated next to its checkout button. If anything about the product is unclear, please ask us before purchasing.

Technical delivery problems

If a technical failure on our side prevents your report from being generated or displayed after a successful payment, we will always make it right — we will regenerate your report or resolve the issue, and in genuine cases of non-delivery we will refund the purchase. Email us at xanmu@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt and we will investigate promptly.

Chargebacks

Filing a payment dispute for a successfully delivered report slows resolution for everyone. If something went wrong with your delivery, please email xanmu@gmail.com first — delivery issues are typically resolved within a few business days.
