1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the “Which Historical Figure Are You?” quiz and website (the “Service”), operated by XANMU LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase a report.

2. Description of the service

The Service offers a free 20-question personality quiz for entertainment and self-reflection. It also offers paid digital reports, including the $4.99 Essential Report and the $19.99 Life Playbook, which present personalized interpretations of your quiz answers, such as a matched historical figure, character traits, and forward-looking reflections. Reports are delivered digitally as on-screen web pages after a verified payment. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Accounts and payments

No account is required to use the Service. Payments for digital reports are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, through Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your full card number; payment details are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the one-time charges shown at checkout.

4. Digital delivery

Your report is generated after Stripe confirms your payment. Delivery is normally instant but may take a few minutes. If your payment succeeds but your report is not accessible, contact us at xanmu@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt and we will resolve it. Because reports are generated on demand for you, they are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no automated scraping or abuse of the quiz, no attempts to circumvent payment, no uploading of unlawful or infringing content, and no interference with the operation or security of the Service. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, text, quiz questions, report templates, and all other content are owned by XANMU LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to view and use the Service and your purchased reports for personal use.

7. Entertainment-only disclaimer

The quiz and reports are provided solely for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not psychological, medical, therapeutic, financial, legal, or career advice, and they do not diagnose, treat, or evaluate any condition. The historical-figure match is a playful interpretation of your answers, not a scientific assessment. Do not make life decisions based on the results. If you need professional guidance, consult a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XANMU LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue, if any. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
